What we collect
When you run a scan, we collect the domain you enter and the email address you provide to receive your report. If you use the batch tool as a broker, we collect the list of domains you submit and your email address.
What we do with it
We use this information solely to run the scan and deliver your report by email. We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose your domain, email address, or scan results to any third party, including the practices scanned via the batch tool, unless you choose to forward that report yourself.
How we scan
All checks are passive and external only: DNS records, TLS/SSL configuration, HTTP response headers, and public breach-exposure data. We never attempt to authenticate against any system, and we never access any practice's internal network.
Retention
We do not store your individual scan results. Once your report is generated and sent to the email you provided, the detailed, practice-level findings are discarded. We retain only anonymized, aggregate summary statistics across all scans (the kind shown on our Data page) — never a version tied back to your domain or email.
